For Your Organization, The Workshop:

Your Organization: Three Boundaries Away From More Ease and a Culture of Goodwill

This in-person, small-group experiential training shares three key boundaries, essential and appropriate for organizations of any size. Boost job effectiveness and satisfaction by supporting staff with their Yes and No, and how to say both Yes and No together to prioritize productivity and maximize ease. This workshop is offered in both a half, and full-day format.

Half-Day Training: The three boundary essentials

This session provides an in-depth exploration of the three key workplace boundaries essential for fostering smooth and effective group dynamics. Participants will be introduced to the concept of goodwill, and how a targeted “Yes” and “No” can enhance goodwill while supporting appropriate boundaries. The session concludes by integrating the three boundaries concept with that of goodwill to exercise the Yes/No strategy, a powerful tool designed to multiply options for moving toward goals while respecting individual needs.

Full-Day Training: Integrating three boundary essentials with more ease. Putting it all together.

Building on the half-day session, the full-day training adds an additional session focused on mastering the Yes/No strategy. Participants will learn to generate a range of options that satisfy a Yes/No “counteroffer.” From there, the Hierarchy of Ease is introduced, teaching participants how to build and apply this framework to generate a host of workable solutions. The final hour of the workshop is dedicated to integrating these newly-developed hierarchies with the Yes/No strategy to encourage not only a culture of goodwill, but one of increasing ease and enjoyment all while maintaining effective workplace boundaries.

These highly engaged trainings draw upon the strategies of ACTIVE AUTHENTICITY and create opportunities for participants to absorb principles of ease and boundary-making relevant to organizational settings.

What Workshop Participants Are Saying …

“Tonight's presentation was excellent and so validating!  We navigate a journey riddled with so many opportunities to face boundaries and unmet expectations. This presentation helped me look at the principles of what adds value to a relationship and what creates a deficit, so the decision to waive goodbye, when necessary, will not be as daunting.”  —Damaris A

“I appreciate Eva fleshing out the three skills of the Yes/No strategy as it provides a guide to verbalizing your authentic Yes and your authentic No.” —Patricia M.

“Eva Papp’s talk was very timely. I’ve recently opened my own practice, and although I love speaking with patients, making my “yeses” be “yes,” and my “nos” be “no” is not my strong suit… Being able to offer a firm “no,” with a non-compromising “yes,” is a way to maintain my own sanity, while also providing the colleague, administrator, or patient with something out of the deal as well. It was a very enjoyable talk; she’s an engaging speaker, and I plan to purchase her book. I highly recommend working with her.” —Thomas C.
